RATES
& GUIDELINES
Rental is based on an eight hour time frame allowing
for a five hour event, two hours for set up and one
hour for breakdown.
Mansion capacity is 75 for formal sit-down dinners,
Stations or Buffet. For larger parties, we suggest
combining the Mansion and the use of a tent on one
of our lawns. Cocktail Hour may be inside the Mansion
or outside, on our beautiful veranda.
